Bank Holiday? Normal day
Hi everyone, it's been a minute hasn't it. It's August Bank Holiday here in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Scotland as usual doing their own thing. As is common in England at least, in the run up to a Bank Holiday weekend the media goes into overdrive about millions of people having an Extra day off from work. Families having BBQs, Going for a weekend away, having a grand old time. Fuck off!! For millions more, including myself and ironically those in the media, it's just a normal Monday. We get up, go to work, come home and go bed. We don't get the luxury of having an extra day off, we get to Encounter people who love to rub our noses in having a three day weekend, the urge to spit in their coffee being strong. By the way please don't spit in my coffee. So, for the millions of us working, for those of us for whom it's a normal Monday, I feel ya. Chin up, tits out, carry on. Be awesome.
